Call Center For Beginners is an online career accelerator platform with the primary objective of preparing individuals, especially beginners, for employment opportunities in the Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Dominican Republic.

Our courses are open to beginners, as well as individuals seeking to improve their English, communication abilities, or customer service knowledge.

What skills will I learn?

You’ll learn English, customer service basics, call handling, and interview preparation.

How do I register?

Simply fill out our online registration form and choose your course, your preferred schedule, and payment method. We’ll contact you with the next steps.

How are classes delivered?

All training sessions are conducted 100% online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Participants will receive links to join live classes after registration and payment confirmation.

How do I pay for the course?

  • Registration fee is RD$500
  • Classes are paid monthly in advance via deposit, transfer, or PayPal.

What equipment do I need for the online classes?

You’ll need:

  • A computer or laptop
  • A headset with a microphone
  • A stable internet connection

Do I get a certificate after passing the class?

Yes! Every participant who attends the required sessions and completes the course will receive a Certificate of Completion, which can be added to their resume or presented to potential recruiters.

Do you help with finding jobs?

Yes. We provide networking opportunities and job referrals to call centers that are hiring in the Dominican Republic; however, we do not guarantee employment.
